This website was developed to keep BBL Strata owners up to date on all things strata-related and to facilitate communication between the owners and council.

Here’s a list of common questions and answers about accessing the website:

Why should I register for a strata website membership?

• To get the latest news and articles from Council
• To access important strata documents like AGM and council meeting minutes, and strata bylaws
• To view and share photos of the lake with your fellow strata owners

How do I join the site?

Click the Sign Up button at the bottom of the home page or click here.

You’ll be required to provide your name, email address, and strata lot number, and to create a password. Your password is kept confidential even to the website administrators. Once you have submitted your registration, a message is sent to the council. Once it is verified that you are an owner in the strata, you will receive a confirmation email granting you login access. This should take no more than 2 business days (in most cases much less).

What will I see when I log onto the site?

When you log in, you will see tools and menus that are not publicly available. If you are a council member, you may see more content than owners.

Logged on users will be able to:

• communicate with council members
• access shared council documents
• read the latest council news and articles
• see a calendar of events that shows where and when important events are happening
• view and share your favourite photos of the lake
• and more
